Junior Social Media Community Manager and Lead Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage social media inboxes and respond to audience inquiries promptly.
  2. Track and organize leads generated from the website, email, and social media.
  3. Follow up on leads and engage with the community to nurture relationships.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless lead handover process.
  5. Monitor and moderate online discussions and comments.
  6. Create reports on community engagement and lead conversion.
  7. Implement strategies to grow and strengthen the online community.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in community management.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Familiarity with CRM tools for lead tracking.
  5. Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
  6. Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
